Lee began his career in Telecoms in 1995, working mainly in the customer service side of the industry. With extensive knowledge of the indirect channel he has held senior roles at both Carphone Warehouse & Phonebox Communications Ltd before forming Essential Telecoms in 2012 with Gary.
